The death toll in NYC had doubled today!(that sounds really scary..but it's not). Another person has died in the Big Apple on Sunday the 24Th. The Queens resident, in her 50's, had an underlying health condition that made her more prone to the disease said the heath dept. spokesperson, Jessica Scaperotti. The first woman that died from the Swine Flue(now called the H1N1 flu), also from Queens, died on the previous Sunday, the 17th.
Everytime something new pops up with this flu, everyone seems to go crazy for about 2 days and then they go back to living normally. Of course no offense to the families of the people who passed, my sympathy goes out to them, but especially when it first came into view the flu was the new Bubonic plague.
